Sales Manager
A salesperson who is enthusiastic about a lucrative career in insurance sales is what we are seeking for. Setting and maintaining sales targets, assisting the team's career development, and offering client support are all duties of an insurance sales manager.
Responsibility:
- Establishing Leads
- Cold-calling
- Choosing and leading a group of insurance brokers and consultants.
- Identifying and expanding new markets, as well as increasing revenues.
- Creating sales strategy and establishing sales goals.
- Reach out to its consumers frequently.
- Establish and maintain business networks.
- Strong prior sales representative or sales manager record, exceeding or meeting goals on a regular basis
- Focused on lifelong learning through conferences, seminars, and workshops
- Demonstrated aptitude for convincingly and successfully influencing at all organizational levels
- A track record of guiding sales from plan to closing
- Strong commercial sensibility and sector knowledge
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- 2+ Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Strong Communications Skills
