Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and promote the growth of the agency.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and managing a team of insurance agents and advisors.
- Analysing performance and drawing up action plans.
- Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Visit customers on daily basis.
- Meeting with prospective clients
- Support the team to achieve the goal
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- 2+ Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Strong Communications Skills
