Job Description :
- We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Sales professionals to join our agency team. As an Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for work closely with clients to identify their insurance needs and offer them personalized insurance solutions that meet their specific needs.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a team of potential advisors.
- Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs and offer them personalized insurance solutions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Educate clients about their insurance options and the benefits of different policies
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage future business
- Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives on a consistent basis
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Attend training sessions and workshops to improve your skills and knowledge
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree any stream preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience field sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
