Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- We are looking to employ a highly driven assistant sales manager to assist the sales manager with the day-to-day running of Sales Developments
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors
- Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.
Required candidate :
- Age : below 39
- Experience : 2 to 4 years in the Sales
- The candidate must be okay with a field sales role
- Good Communication & presentable
- Having Own Vehicle is an added advantage
