Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- We are searching highly motivated candidates with a background in sales who can communicate with others and work outside business.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Find marketing and sales opportunities in the designated districts.
- Make sure district sales representatives follow the rules and regulations established by the business.
- Organize with other field sales representatives.
- Prepare them for a sales goal.
- Reward agents and encourage them to accomplish the goal.
- Reaching the projected sales targets.
- Combining lead generation with marketing.
