Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles:
- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies
- Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents
- Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped
- Licensing, tracking, and activation of the agents
- Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and providing regular product and process training to them
- Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolving issues and queries
- Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries regularly and maintain records of the same in a planned and systematic manner.
Candidate Profile :
Must be Graduation
Age: 21 to 36 Years
CTC: Up to 3.50 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
