Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Roles And Responsibilities :
- Establishing new business links
- Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/ service
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
- Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors
- Working towards achieving the sales target
- Collaborate within teams to achieve better results
- Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams
Requirements :
- Experience : Mini. 2 Years in Sales and marketing
- CTC: Up to 3.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus
- Qualification: Graduation/MBA
- Skill:- Influential Skills, Relationship Building Skills, Achievement Oriented
- Basis Computer Skills :- (MS - Office, Excel, Power Point)
- Knowledge of local language especially it is a field sales job
- Good presentation Skills
- Effective Communication Skills
