- Hire sales executives from open market
- Train them, motivate them and gain more and more business from them
- Help your team of sales executives to grow more and more with sales
- Gain more and more business form open market
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly report
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 3 Years of experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship building skills
Salary: 2.20 to 3.20 LPA + Incentives + Performance Bonus + Others
