Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
We are looking for an insurance sales manager to be responsible for managing policy sales and overseeing the sales team.
Duties:
- Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents - Identify, recruit, and manage advisors from the respective location
- rain and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of the market/products
Monitor and review agents- performance. Help them achieve maximum business.
- develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
- Mediating disputes with customers.

Candidate Profile :
