Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
The Insurance Company is looking to hire Sales Managers at the sales division preferably to have background in the Sales and marketing field
Job Objective:
- Manages and guides a team of 15 sales agents.
- Communicates firm goals, and deadlines to the unit.
- Inspires team members and evaluates performance.
- Provides support to management, including hiring a sales team, and keeps management updated on team performance.
- Communicates regards and policies among management and team members.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years in Field sales
Age between 24 to 40 years
- Must be Graduate
- Strong market knowledge & Network
- Required local candidates
Gender: Male/female
Salary: 3.0 LPA to 4.50 LPA+ Incentive + Other benefits
Notice period: Acceptable only who can join immediately or within 15 days of selection
