Job Duties :
- Handle Life Insurance sales goal attainment through:
- Drafting agents
- Exercise and develop agents on a charge basis.
- Manage the activity plan of all agents to provide these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.
- Conduct weekly concert review (PRP) with agents & update Sales.
- Management System.
