- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Manager to join our team at Life Insurance company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of insurance agents and driving sales growth for our insurance products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals

- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction

- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and training to the team

- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the team members

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, operations, and customer service teams

- Analyse market trends and provide insights to the management team

- Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required
