We are hiring for Business Development Manager
For the One of the well-known Life Insurance Organization
ROLE AND RESPONSIBLITIES: -
- Recruitment and development of quality financial consultants Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective consultants
- Ensure that consultants undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs
- Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings.
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
- Recognize the Client's needs
- Provide a policy that is transparent
- Provide a walk-through of the insurance coverage to the client
Required:
Age: 24-38 yrs.
Qualification: Graduate/PG
Experience Min 2 years in field sales
Industry : Life Insurance
Channel: Agency Channel
CTC- up to 4 LPA + incentive + other benefits
