Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-11 yrs)
Job details :
- As a Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a team of insurance agents and able to generate business by team.
Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and motivate team of financial advisor and team leaders
- Monitor and guide team members to meet sales targets
- Ensure team members have in-depth product knowledge
- Provide ongoing training and support to enhance sales skills
- Conduct coaching sessions
- Set clear sales targets and monitor performance
- Build strong relationships with agents, clients, and partners
Qualification Required :
- 2+ Years of experience in Sales and Marketing in any field
- Graduation or 3 years diploma after 12 required
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
