Job Description :
We are looking for Sales and Marketing Manager for Haryana location who can build team of financial advisors from open market
Key Role Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Building and enhancing relationships with the personnel and branch manager of the bank to generate leads.
- Prospecting, meeting, and completing a Quick Need Analysis with walk-in consumers of the bank.
- Raising the level of life insurance product knowledge among bank customers and achieving the desired cross-selling penetration.
- Raising awareness and inspiring bank employees to encourage bank customers to purchase life insurance.
- Meeting the criteria on the Goal Sheet consistently. procedures.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation complete in any stream
- Age 25 to 38 Years
- Minimum 2 Years of sales experience
