Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-10 yrs)
looking for Sales Manager from pharma ,FMCG , insurance , Banking ,other sales sector.
Roles :
- Recruiting Advisors and assisting them in the acquisition of life insurance business for the company
- Motivating and developing them to improve their sales development abilities.
- Conducting various product training sessions and market awareness sessions to increase their industry knowledge.
- Activating them while maintaining average productivity month after month.
- The assignment includes the entire operation, such as prospect identification, quotation preparation, deal closing, and the creation of MIS reports, such as daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting.
Candidate required :
- Minimum 2+ Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent in Presentations Skills
