- We are looking for highly motivated Candidates with Sales Background who can work with team and work in field.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Building a team of commission-based financial advisors and activate them to achieve sales goal
- Offer them instruction on the items.
- Determining the potential clients.
- Inform them of the position.
- Encouraging them to bring in business.
- A monthly goal-setting process that considers income
- Collaborative field work to source insurance policies with Agency partners and advisors.
- As part of the issuing procedure, cases that were pending for documentation and medicals were cleared.
- Teach advisors how to meet monthly goals and targets.

Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 37 Years.
- Graduation in Any Stream.
