Position: Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our agency channel in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop an insurance professional team to meet financial objectives and goals.

- Recruit, train, and build up new agents to help the agency improve its network.

- Establish and keep strong connections with consumers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Identify chances for growth and devise methods for expanding the agency network.

- Conduct assessments of skill on a regular basis to track work and ensure goals are met.

- Give workers advice and support to help them satisfy their goals and succeed.

- Collaborate with other departments to guarantee smooth operations and superb client service, that includes underwriting and claims.

- To find opportunities for growth, stay current on business trends, market movements, and client needs.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's qualification in any field.

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in field sales and marketing.

- Excellent management and motivational skills.

- Excellent connections and relational skills.

- Great skills in problem-solving and analysis.

- Long history of exceeding sales targets and generating growth.

- Ability to operate on her own and in a collaborative setting.

- Knowledge of the agency. channel work and insurance products.

CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + On roll
