Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-10 yrs)
- We are hiring Sales Manager who are having experience in sales and marketing. Also who can handle business with his or her mindset.
Roles :
- Source and sustain connections with clients and business partners helping customers buy new insurance policies or make changes to current ones
- Deliver approved insurance policies to new and current clients, and describe the advantages and risks of the policies.
- Obtain client information regarding their risk profile in order to present them with insurance options that best meet their requirements.
- Implement sound methods for obtaining client and channel partner recommendations from current and potential customers.
- Achieve and surpass the goals that are regularly set Keep up with market and business trends and best practices.
Requirements & Skills :
- Minimum Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ Sales or Marketing experience in any sector
- Excellent Communication (verbal and non-verbal) and Presentation Skills
- Good selling and negotiations skills
