Job Role And Responsibilities :

-Candidate creates and oversees own team

- through a variety of activities, produce customer leads.

- Meet with clients and customers in person

- Drive Business Objective Make sure self-sourcing targets are met.

- Engage in efforts to increase target penetration and customer awareness of Life products.within the clientele of the branch.

- Channel Partners Acquisition & Retention, Competitor s Analysis

- Market Research on Product analysis and positioning to the Channel Partners.

- Developing actionable Quarterly and Monthly plan out of the assigned annual revenue target

- High level of team motivation and engagement to ensure talent retention

- Ensure smooth delivery and compliance with sales procedures.

- Create sales leads for the business.

- lead and oversee the team to produce sales

- Team based on commission on policy on role job

- Support from a partner in resolving a health issue, obtaining a quote, and assisting with case closure

- Offer partners post-sale services.

- Paid in full training

Candidate profile, required :

- Having a minimum of +2 years of sales experience and an experience letter;

- Graduation is required

- Field experience is a requirement for local candidates.
