Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
- With the majority of the top companies in the agency vertical, there are urgent openings for the position of area sales manager.
Job Roles And Responsibilities :
- Managing an on-roll team of 8-10 sales managers in the agency channel will fall under the purview of the manager-agency position.
- The sales manager's team is in charge of assembling the team (life insurance advisors) from their personal and professional networks.
- With the assistance of the training division of life insurance companies, the team will receive training on industry standards to ensure that they are fully prepared to sell life insurance products in the market.
- Observe the agency team's daily operations, planning, and execution.
- Recruitment Activation
- Manage the producers' daily activities to ensure a robust pipeline.
- Assist and mentor agents in cross-selling and business expansion
- Making sure IRDA compliance with regard to licensing and commission payments to agents will help individual agents grow year over year
- Accountable for ensuring the applications' quality
- Assist/direct the producer in all related policy-related activities to find and hire agents for the Gen Ins business.
Skills :
- Mutual Funds, Financial Product and Sales knowledge is preferable
- Willing to Work For Sales
- Good convincing Power & Good Communications skills both verbal and written
- A Positive and go getter attitude & strong team culture.
- Freshers can also applied.
- Graduation is must.
