Job Roles :
- Lead an organization of sales managers.
- Building the agency and assembling the sales manager team.
- Charged with overseeing the sales manager's output and supporting them in the beginning
- In charge of upholding team norms for confirmation. Key Accountabilities (A group of assigned tasks and/or responsibilities) Relationship Administration
- Hiring agents and offering ongoing instruction in the sale of insurance policies
- Playing the role of a problem solver and actively resolving issues and queries
- Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries on a regular basis
- Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agents
- Achieving the assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped
- Licensing, tracking, and activating the agents
- Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and providing regular product and process training to them.
