As our Direct Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a solid and sustainable sales strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit Business Associate and advisors.
- Coordinate for the regulatory training.
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly advisors' meetings
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month.
- Join field work along with advisors to source insurance policy.
- Strategic planning to target the right set of agents.
- Training and development of agents.

Age: 22 to 37 Years.
- Graduation in Any Stream.
