- We are looking for sales professionals who are highly motivated, good communicators, and willing to work outside of the office.

Roles and duties :

- Find financial advisors (agents) in the open market

- Giving team members skills development training and support.

- Setting objectives for the growth of the team and the business and ensuring that the objectives were met.

- Discovering new markets, growing them, and boosting sales.

- Adding value to current clients while luring in new ones.

- Reaching out to potential customers to build a relationship and schedule meetings.

- Meet monthly sales goals to qualify for attractive incentives.

- Encouraging them to start a business to reach the monthly targets.

- Create and maintain a trusting relationship with customers

- Increase sales by luring more customers.

- Working together to find an insurance policy in the field with business partners and consultants.

- To maintain standards, frequent customer contact is required.

- Putting a sales strategy into action Increase the market's reach and penetration using market segmentation.

- To increase sales, bring on new customers.
