Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
Job Roles :
- Sales and Marketing - Prospective customer visits and identify their financial requirements.
- Understand the customer requirements and provides sales and services.
- Attend events and conferences, research new events to attend, and organize internal and external company events.
- Create an adequate plan to enhance marketing and build the business. The marketing plan would have a formulation of business.
- strategies and execution schedules.
- Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network to Financial Consultants.
- Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants(agents) to sell Insurance.
- Meeting with perspective customers with FCs to sell insurance solution.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
Requirement:
- 0- 2 years of sales and Marketing experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 2-3 years
- Good stability.
- Graduated in any field
- Having best ability to leading team generation
