- Recruit Agents / Advisors.
- Handling Team
- Manage Agents / Advisors through proper coaching and training.
- Drive Agents / Advisors and build team size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Candidates Must have 1-4 Years of Sales Experience in BFSI Sector.
- Within 38 years of age.
- Should be presently working
- Good Communication Skill (In Both English and Local Language)
- Unstoppable & Unshakable Attitude
- Should be a graduate
