Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings.
Qualifications:
