Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
In order to maintain our business competitive and inventive, we need a high-performing sales manager who can assist us in achieving our goals for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, inspire, and counsel a team of sales reps in order to achieve growth and meet sales goals. Recruit prospective financial advisors and leaders.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close procedures - Engage in on-the-ground activities to reach the widest possible client base
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of agency channel exposure
- Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
