Education : Any Graduate / Post Graduate from Reputed University / Institute
Function : Agency Channel
Eligibility : Any Graduate / Post Graduate with 3 - 7 years experience in Direct Sales.
Preferable Industry : Insurance/ BFSI/ FMCG/ Pharma/ Telecom/ NBFC/ Mutual funds/ Dealer management
Experience : 3 to 12 Years in Direct Sales
CTC: 2.80 LPA (Fixed)
Job Profile :
- Identifying & Recruiting potential Insurance Consultants or ADPs
- Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors
- Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity
- Groom Advisors for next level.
- Preparing strategy & achieving targets on monthly, quarterly & annual basis
- Driving various competitions and club memberships
- Be financial planner to your customers assisting them in taking wise investment decisions for meeting their Life's Goals.
