- Identify; Recruit potential Insurance Advisors
- Drive business targets through Advisors
- Coach advisors for higher productivity, prepare strategy; achieve a target

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good communication skills
- Local with good Local network
- Min 1-year experience in sales and marketing
- Must be graduation
- CTC: Up to 3.00 LPA + Incentive
- Age: 21 to 37 years
