Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
Recruiting for a Sales And Marketing Manager role for a high net worth wealth services firm in India. Our client requires at least 2+ years- experience in a sales and marketing or Relationship Management role within a candidate, investment advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Understand members and their needs
- Build an effective internal network to ensure excellent service
- Create plans to address members needs
- Advise members on how the firm can support their lifestyle needs
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
Which Candidate Should Apply?
Education : Graduate
Experience : Sales experience of 2 + years in Insurance
Age : Between 21 to 35 years
