Job description:
- Recruiting a team of financial advisors on a commission basis.
- To generate leads from the open market through your network
- Keeping track of Customer's car-related requirements & keeping him posted with regular updates.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with customers and distributors
- Identify customers- needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduation in Any stream
- Age required between 21 to 38 Years
- Mini. 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of Any Field
- Excellent in Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
