Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Role Summary: Identity, recruit and build a team of Agency partners and advisors to drive business objectives on a month-on-month basis, as per the standards laid down by the organization from time to time
Role :
- Recruit Agency Partners and advisors
- Coordinate the regulatory training
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly choreography
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly Agency partner meetings
- Daily update about the status of business and applicability in the contest
- Maintain a healthy relationship with all stakeholders like customers and distributors
- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Graduate / MBA
Experience: 1 to 4 years of agency channel exposure
Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
Two Wheeler Required
