Duties/Responsibilities :
- New agent recruitment, assessment, and training.
- Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.
- Forming trusting connections with the team and the clients.
- Ensuring that everyone on staff manages their time well.
- Maintaining staff compliance with agency rules, procedures, and policies.
- Examining current market and industry trends and applying research findings to company improvement
Salary : 3 Lac To 6 Lac Thousand P.A
