KRAs:

- Incumbent is required to have Digital Sales & Media Sales experience into Influencer Marketing domain who can define, implement & execute lead generation plans to achieve anticipated lead quality conversions by onboarding brands.

- Generate leads by utilizing multiple platforms such as but not limited to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach, cold calls, emails, CRM's, and so on., to identify prospects, the right contacts, and decision-makers for business development.

- Establish connects with Senior Management, Key Decision Makers, Marketing Directors, Marketing Executives in their respective organizations to pitch Influencer Marketing & other allied services

- Conduct initial, regular, and follow-up meetings with potential clients/brands both online and offline, drive sales from a dedicated set of industry verticals.

- Execute Business Development by building a strategic plan for time management each week to foster effective use of time and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI's.

- Thoroughly monitor and compile data/reports on a continuous basis for eligible opportunities, current campaigns, outreach, and brief interactions, as well as nurture leads/pipelines at the early stage of conversion.

- Develop captivating sales pitches. Also, ensure a healthy funnel for the business at any point in time.

- Expertise across complete sales cycle including pre-sales presentations, client persuasion, conducting negotiations, contracting terms, and client service requirements.

- Be well connected with direct online advertisers and media agencies, manage clients from initial engagement to campaign completion to re-engagement

- Ensure long - term strong working relationships with clients and brands to better understand and address opportunities for growth in sales.

- Regular contact, prospect for and develop new advertising opportunities with key clients and agency stakeholders. Also, identify industry events that boost referring brands and/or prospective client interaction.

Skills :

- Understand content and Influencer Sales

- Negotiator with strong closing abilities, capitalize possibilities

- Exceptional communicator with superlative written and oral communications skills, creativity

- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiating skills are required, as well as a client-focused mentality in order to respond quickly to client demands.

- Demonstrated success in meeting revenue goals and building effective relationships.

- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and CRM applications

- Perform in a highly competitive workplace and adaptable to a continuously changing media landscape

- Multitasking while maintaining great time management, project management, and financial business acumen.
