Manager - Sales - HRTech (5-7 yrs)
Experience : Minimum 5 Years in B2B experience
Education : MBA from Tier 2/3 Campuses (If not MBA, then higher amount of work experience)
Type of work experience : Worked in at least 1 B2B sales roles doing consultative selling roles (Staffing, HR Solutions, Training, Assessment, HR/Talent SaaS, HR/Talent Digital Solutions etc), Worked in India Market.
- We need someone who has experience in HR Solution selling products.
- Annual Target must not be less than 2 Crs.
- If the person is from SAAS background will be an added advantage.
- Selling products to CHRO, L&D Head, HR Head will be considered.
- A person should have experience working with Enterprise sales.
Role Responsibilities :
- Own and drive the B2B sales pipeline for selling Enparadigm's learning interventions to CEOs, Head HRs, and Heads of Organization Development of corporations.
- Engage with clients, understand their business models, design appropriate solutions.
- Proactively contact prospects for future business opportunities and future pipeline.
- Demonstrate strong influencing ability and smart negotiation skills to generate revenue for Enparadigm.
- Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned performance consulting brand.
- Skillset : Strong communication skills, effective negotiation, able to quickly understand client business models and processes, and position relevant solutions to CXOs, VPs and Head HRs.
