Position Overview :

As a Sales Manager at Alkemy EdTech, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the education technology industry, and the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of inside sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Provide guidance and support in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.

Sales Strategy :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Performance Management :

- Set clear performance expectations and goals for the sales team.

- Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.

Market Analysis :

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Use market insights to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Customer Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting :

- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports and forecasts.

- Provide regular updates to the executive team on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the education technology sector.

- Strong understanding of the education technology industry and market dynamics.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
