Manager - Sales - Hospitality (8-10 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Analyze the territory/market's potential and prepare the Sales Plan accordingly

- Main objective is to focus on new project opening and existing 5 Star/4 Star properties in India and develop the new markets

- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing

- Daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

- Ability to travel across sales territories or regions frequently

- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

- Representing AKSAI CREATIONS at Trade exhibitions, events and Demonstrations

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

- Continuously improve through feedback

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 8-10 years of experience in sales

- Prior experience in sales of Hospitality Industry

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to travel across sales territories or regions frequently

- Proficient in Computers/ MS Office
