Job Description :


- We are seeking a qualified Sales Manager for Hospitality Industry. Objective is to sell the Products that our customer's need. The Sale's Manager will understand the sales process, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings compellingly.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Analyze the territory /market's potential and prepare the Sales Plan accordingly

- Main objective is to focus on new project opening and existing 5 Star/4 Star properties in India and develop the new markets

- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing

- Daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

- Ability to travel across sales territories or regions frequently

- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

- Representing AKSAI CREATIONS at Trade exhibitions, events and Demonstrations

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

- Continuously improve through feedback

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 8-10 years of experience in sales

- Prior experience in sales of Hospitality Industry

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to travel across sales territories or regions frequently

- Proficient in Computers/ MS Office
