Manager - Sales - Horeca (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Delhi NCR. The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. The role requires ensuring customer satisfaction through timely delivery, resolving customer concerns, and identifying opportunities for new sales. The Senior Sales Manager will also manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management (Horeca Sales), with at least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in the frozen food and fresh food and fruits industries,
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Experience in managing a team of sales representatives
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field,
- Good connections with hotels and restaurant chains
