Manager - Sales - Homestay Concept (1-3 yrs)

National Manager - Homestay Concept Selling

Your primary role is to independently focus on Homestay Concept Sales to get high volume, big ticket assignments. The National Sales Manager is responsible to act as a sales maverick and be responsible to ensure the related revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets.

- Create and deliver vital sales strategic plan to achieve sales target and expand customer base, thereby playing a crucial role in the success of the organisation.

- Identify business opportunities across India. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.

- Own and exceed annual sales targets year-on-year. Constantly drive greater sales resulting from the securing a greater market share.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customer.

- Collaborate with the customer to understand their requirements and present a customized sales solution.

- Analyze patterns in customer and market behaviour, and subsequently define data-driven action strategies to consistently optimize the business commercial performance.

- Ensure that innovative online marketing initiatives strengthen and further the sales and other business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum 1 - 3 years work experience in Concept Sales or Homestay Solution Selling.

- Proven success in a similar role with a homestay company.

- Building And Strengthening Relationships With Existing And New Customers To Enable Future Bookings.

- Ability to communicate, present and influence customers and all levels of the organization, including executives and C-level. Clearly articulate the distinct aspects of services.

- Ability to conduct research and analyze data-driven insights. Have an in-depth knowledge of the business product as well as standard strategic, analytical, and marketing concepts.

- High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, which are necessary for the creating both visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations.

Reporting To : The Director

Work Location : Saket - Delhi

Workdays : 6 days workweek from Office

Travelling : Extensive across India
