An Integrated Building Management Systems Start up in Chennai with specialization in servicing Home Automation Projects in Chennai/Hyderabad/Banglore and Mumbai are hiring a Resident Sales Manager at the following locations:

Location : Hyderabad/Mumbai

Reporting to : Managing Director

(Candidates from Hyderabad and Mumbai preferred who can work locally and have good contacts).

Job Responsibility :

- Should have a good market knowledge of IBMS and Home Automation developments happening in Hyderabad/Mumbai

- Identifying leads for IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) and Home Automation projects throughout Hyderabad/Mumbai.

- Working closely with consultants and pre-qualifying as a potential bidder for their projects

- Identifying architects and developers and establishing contacts for potential IBMS business

- Keeping up to date with various new project developments within Hyderabad/Mumbai.

- Travelling and identifying key developments happening in and around the major cities of Hyderabad/Mumbai

- Gaining Techno commercial knowledge of IBMS solutions

- Reporting on day to day activities to the Managing Director

- Competition analysis and awareness of the industry development

Qualification & Requirements :

- Graduate with 5 to 10 years of experience in Building technology sales (IBMS sales)

- Should be able to work independently and action oriented

- Strong commercial orientation and proven results

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Should be well presentable

Potential Sourcing Targets :

- Automation sales background - from below listed companies would be preferred
