Educational qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical or Production Engineering) or equivalent preferably with MBA (Marketing) or PG Diploma in Marketing

Work experience:

- Around 7 years to 10 years of relevant work experience in Industrial Sales & Marketing with heavy engineering industry.

- Strong B2B sales & marketing experience

- Proven analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Proven financial acumen.

- Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

- Ability to achieve yearly targets

- Excellent in Customer Relationship, Negotiations, Team Management, Key Account Management, etc.

- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office

CTC: Rs 12 lpa to Rs 15 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification)
