Field Sales Manager Job Description :

- The Sales Manager has the ultimate responsibility for building and executing the sales strategy required to maximize revenue growth across the entire breadth of his/her region.

Responsibilities :

- Represent 5C and be the brand ambassador in the assigned territory

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

- Will be responsible for meeting targets set for the region through a combination of sales and marketing effort which includes promotions, digital marketing and sales campaigns.

- Responsible for maximizing the sales revenues and meeting corporate objectives in an assigned geographic sales area.

- Responsible for identifying and qualifying new customers, generating sales proposals and presentations, contract negotiations, maintaining strong customer satisfaction, and managing existing accounts

- Maintaining contact with clients to better understand and fulfil their needs

- Direct and indirect sales.

- Performs sales activities and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with his/her reporting manager

- Responsible for sales funnel and all CRM Software updating.

- Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company's services.

- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.

- Participate in events to represent the company and generate sales leads.
 
Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in this industry/M.B.A with 3 years- experience is also fine.

- Proven track record of field sales experience in healthcare services /or any relevant domain.

- Self-motivated with a desire for success

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Capacity to sustain consequential working relationships.

- Cautiously optimistic, personable, and resolute.
