JOB DESCRIPTON

Title: SALES MANAGER

Reporting to the Centre Head of that location.

The role is that of an Individual Contributor. Team Lead positions only after 6 months - 1-year service in the company and outstanding performance.

Responsible to identify markets in the city / region to sell Company's Home Healthcare Services and to contribute to the Company's top line & bottom line expectations.

ROLE ESSENTIALS ARE:
1. To handle sales / business development / B2B and B2C Channels in Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai

2. Strong networking skills in this segment

3. Commercial knowledge in selling

4. Adaptability to local conditions

5. Accurate annual sales plan with forecasting skills

6. Lead from the front

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: B.Pharm / BSc preferred but not compulsory

Post-graduate MBA in Marketing preferred but not essential for selection

Experience : Total experience of 3 - 8 years out of which minimum of 2 years- experience in Sales to Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Day Care units, Old-Age homes etc.,

Age : Candidate should be between 25 - 34 years of age

The ROLE calls for the following characteristics :

2. Ability to move around quickly.

3. Prospecting for new business development, meeting doctors & administrators in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Private Clinics, Institutional & Large Corporates etc

6. Good Analytical abilities

7. Teamworker

8. Networking - building on your contacts
