Role:-The role holder will primarily plan and implement the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.
Shift Timings
9:30 am - 7:00 pm (day shift)
Weekly Working Days: -5 Days
Selection Criteria:-
1)Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (P.G.D.M.) in Other preferred also, Post Graduation or Master degree as correspondence or Part time can be considered.
2) 4 yrs to 10 yrs of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory
3) Must be graduate from any stream, passing year must be mentioned in CV - No gaps in employment - up to 6 months acceptable (need to have relevant reasons for the same)
4) Up to 40 yrs of age can apply.
5) Excellent English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
6) High on energy, innovative thinking, passionate and can do attitude.
7) Firm believer of fostering relationship at all levels to achieve business objectives.
Job Role & Responsibilities :
Handling a team of 6 USM's
- Acquiring new health agents on a regular basis through the assigned team.
- Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
- Handling the health retail product
- Maintaining relationships with health agents.
- Co-Ordinating with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
- To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
- Training & motivating the health agents to qualify contests and thusbring in incremental business.
