Manager - Sales - Gold Loan (2-5 yrs)

We are hiring Sales Manager for Gold Loan Company at Bangalore

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads

- Meet and Pitch company's offerings to potential customers

- Build trust by handling customer objections

- Flawless execution of SOP while on the field

- Build long term relationship with HNI customers to ensure repeat business and referrals

- Co-ordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions

- Share local insights from the field to the central team Skills Required:

- Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target driven mind-set

- Presentation- should invoke trust

- Communication- Fluency in local language and Basic English

- Basic mathematic calculations Persona - Graduate with 1-7 years of B2C Field Sales Experience in Telecom, FMCG, Financial products or High Value, Low Volume product.

- Preferably between 25-30 years of age - Excellent Communication Skills in the local language(basic English)

- Candidates from Telecom, FMCG preferred, Companies: Just Dial, Eureka Forbes (High Value, Low Volume), Financial Services and High involvement concept selling.

Off role position :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in pure field sales.

- Local language mandatory.

- Education : 12th pass

- Age limit : 31

- Should have a bike and DL.

- The Maximum salary that we can offer for Bangalore is 25k net take home + incentives upto 15k per month + fuel expenses.

- Max salary that we offer for Chennai is 20k net take home + incentives upto 15k per month + fuel expenses.
