Manager - Sales - Gold Loan (1-3 yrs)

- Requirements :
- Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of Gold Valuation / Gold Sales experience in any Gold Loans Firm.
- Good sales skills.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned Territory/Cluster.
- Must be willing to meet customers at their doorstep and provide door-to-door services.
- Core Responsibilities:-
- Sourcing/Acquisition of Gold loan Customers at Customer Doorsteps.
- Deliver Monthly targets by meeting and converting assigned leads.
- Responsible for appraising the Gold Ornaments & verifying KYC at Customers' doorstep.
- Responsible for traveling within the assigned territory/area for disbursing loans as per the process.
- Responsible for lead generation through existing Customers/database.
- Responsible for Productivity and Revenue Generation.
- Building long-term relationships with HNI Customers for future business.
- Coordinate with respective stakeholders for grievance handling related to Customers, Disbursal, Process, etc.
- Responsible for strict adherence to Process, Policy, Guidelines laid by the Organization.
