- Must have 1 year experience as Gold Auditor / Gold Appraiser.
Job Description
- Travel from Rupeek location to customer's home or work place for the loan process
- Introduce and explain Rupeek policies and process to the customer and answer any questions or concerns from the customer
- Complete the KYC process as per Bank requirements
- Appraise the gold ornaments accurately using touchstone, acid and salt water
- Handle gold ornaments carefully
- Pack the ornaments in secure storage pouches
- Communicate the eligible loan amount to the customer
- Execute the pledge card/loan agreement with the customer
- Ensure customer has received the loan amount transferred
- Return to Rupeek location and handover the secure storage pouches and loan documents for storage
