Based out of Gurgaon, their network consists of universities, training providers, higher education institutions and schools. As Manager Sales India, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue target by product and expand network of clients across India.

What you will do :

- Keeping an eye of the new developments and trends in line with the company's vision document and priority

- Taking the products and services developed by our partners to market and provide market feedback viz expectations

- Developing market and awareness viz company products and expand continuously the distribution base. 


- Looking for innovative and new ways to distribute product and services

- Promoting faculty development and training opportunity

- Planning & giving inputs for events calendar including success parameters of the events.

- Enumerating industry-wide policies and processes for academic assessment.

- Staying abreast of industry trends and market development of academic assessment.

- Managing the sales team

- Managing Channel Distribution through - region wise (Prep Centres / Direct Centres / Regional marketing partners & Home Centres)

- Implementing enabling technologies to assist sales function and to enhance distribution and reach.

- Providing for quality assurance reviews and addresses areas that need attention

- Relationship Management - Developing and sustaining strong, productive customer relationships with K-12/ Higher Ed/ Vocational for both Local and International partners

- People Management including hiring with identified timelines. Reviewing performance and taking appropriate action for redressal where needed. Ensuring sales force productivity. Recommending incentive programmes

- Brand development opportunity - planning event calendar including but not limited to ConvEx

- Project management - Championships, Competitions etc

Candidate Profile :

What you need to have :

Experience :  6+ years in Sales & Managing Team

Must Have : 

- Good Command on English

- CEFR C1 proficiency or GETS Scale of English Level 7

- Bike / Car 

Personal Skills :

- Commercially oriented, with ability to be flexible and creative in developing the business.

- Look at new areas of distribution and reach

- Establish strong relationships both internal and external

Leadership skills :

- To motivate staff to take personal pride and accountability for their areas of responsibility and achieve challenging deadlines.

- Leads and directs the work of others.

- Help with conflict management, team building, mentoring and coaching, goal setting, prioritization and strategic planning.

- Ability to multi-task, dealing with frequent and changing deadlines.

- Maintain positive working relationships

Experience: 6 to 9 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 10,00,000 to 12,00,000
